Salt Lake City, UT (April 25, 2024) Today, 4Life Chief Scientific Officer Dr. David Vollmer introduced Andrew Keech as the company’s newest Health Sciences Advisory Board (HSAB) member. Dr. Vollmer made this announcement at the 4Life Science Symposium at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Keech earned his Ph.D. in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand in 1995. He is a member of numerous prestigious institutions, including the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand, the Institute of Chemical Engineers in London, and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Keech’s experience includes roles as the technical manager for the largest dairy cooperative in the United States: Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and founder and managing director of APS BioGroup, which became part of PanTheryx. He is also the author of
Peptide Immunotherapy: Colostrum, A Physician's Reference Guide. Keech is a U.S. patent inventor.
Vollmer: “Andrew has in-depth practical experience and scientific knowledge of dairy processing chemistry, technologies, and microbiology. While working for Dairy Farmers of America, he oversaw new product development for whey protein products. His book about peptide immunotherapy qualifies him as a world expert on colostrum. We are excited he has joined 4Life’s HSAB.”
